The real estate market in Squamish continues to be very busy. Fueled by high demand and low inventory, we are seeing continued increases in benchmark prices across the board.
Well priced listings are selling quickly after hitting the market. For example, the average days on market for a condo in Squamish has fallen by 22% when compared to October 2014 while the total number of condo sales has increase by 58.3%.
